Do I need special bags?

Yes. Preserve Pro™ works with our specially designed reusable vacuum bags, which feature a one-way valve that allows the device to remove the air. Ordinary food-storage or zip-lock bags won’t work.

Every Preserve Pro™ kit includes bags, with 5, 25 or 35 assorted bags depending on the kit you choose. Additional bags are available individually (packs of 10) in different sizes and are BPA-free, dishwasher-safe and reusable.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend it - but we do have a 60 day moneyback guarantee and 2 year warranty, so once received you can send it back within 60 days, no questions asked.

Can it seal liquids or marinades?

Yes. Preserve Pro™ is ideal for sealing meat, vegetables and other foods in marinades. It is incredibly effective at increasing the marinading rate and pushing that flavour into your dish.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
