Shipping

We have a processing time of 1-2 working days then delivery between 5-7 days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and show no signs of use. We will need your order number and email/name associated with the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
